All primary festival venues are ADA-accessible, with accessible entrances, seating, and restrooms available throughout the campus.

We are mindful of lighting, sound levels, and environmental conditions at screenings and events.
Quiet or low-stimulus spaces may be available depending on venue capacity. Attendees with specific sensory needs are encouraged to contact us in advance.
Presentation & Communication Access
Captioning or subtitles are provided when available.
Clear sightlines are prioritized for presentations and discussions.
Support for assistive listening devices and accessible digital communications may be available at select events.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at all LightReel venues in accordance with applicable laws. Festival staff are available on site to assist with related questions.
